Shipping policy

Estimated ship dates are provided during checkout. We maintain a near 95% on-time shipping rate based on those estimates. An automated email with the tracking information for your shipment will be sent out as soon as it ships. 

Please enter your shipping information carefully and double-check your order confirmation email for accuracy. We are not responsible for information entered incorrectly during the checkout process.

Ground shipping: We reserve the right to change the carrier when ground service (e.g. UPS Ground, USPS Ground, etc) is selected at check out to a comparable shipping speed. If a specific carrier must be used due to delivery restrictions at your address, please notify us prior to placing your order. Expedited shipping carriers may also be changed so long as the shipping speed is equal to or faster than the purchased shipping speed. 

After shipping, packages may be handled by one or more different carriers outside of our control.

International orders: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Carreplico is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. The responsibility is yours to check with your country's customs office to verify that your products can clear customs.
